When I was 20 years old, I moved to London and started my journey into the life of hospitality. I travelled the globe for the following 10 years, met interesting people, discovered incredible places and got to know many different culinary cultures. Then I arrived in Tuscany and decided to stay. In the last 10 years, I worked with great persons, I have been the executive chef at Monteverdi Tuscany, guest relation/chef at La Bandita and also experience the movie world, cooking for the stars of Wes Anderson’s “The Grand Budapest Hotel “ thanks to all this, I learned a lot and had the chance to develop my very own idea about sustainable high-class tourism.
